How do I  Earn Points?

• 1 point for each dollar spent before tax on services

• 1 point for each dollar spent before tax on products

• Earn points when you purchase a series/course of services

• 10 Points for uploading review selfies

• 20 points for sharing reviews on social media

• 200 points when you refer family or friends

• Birthday Points = The age you are on the month of your birthday (50 years = 50 points - You must visit us in your birthday month to earn birthday points) 

• Bonus point offers throughout the year on services and products 

• Points will be removed/deducted from treatcards when you no-show for an appointment or cancel within 24 hours. 

  **Treat Card must be present to earn points and redeem rewards

How do I know if I Earned A Reward?

 When you are booking a treatment the Guest Concierge will inform you if you are eligible to receive a service or product treat at that time. 

There may be multiple options for treats when booking.  You get to decide what treat you would like to have and book it along with your other treatment.

If there is not enough time to book the reward at that time you will be given the option to choose a product reward when checking out or wait until another visit.  (Note:  Treats are only awarded when booking another service) 

How do I know how many Treatcard Points I Have?

 You can see the balance of your Treatcard Points at the bottom of your receipt when visiting us for a service or product purchase, on the FREE Sincerely, Skin App where you can book your appointments at your convenience or ask Guest Concierge.
