Guests can choose to wear or not wear masks depending on own comfort level.
We recommend using hand sanitizer / washing hands prior to treatments.
Reschedule appointments if feeling unwell.

Do I need a Reservation?
As our guest you are encouraged to reserve appointments in advance to accommodate a time that is best for you. Last minute reservations are welcome, however, are subject to availability. Appointments can be booked through our FREE App (Search Sincerely Skin), website: sincerelyskinhfx.ca, via Email: info@sincerelyskinhfx.ca, by phone: 902.407.9455 or direct message through Facebook Messenger.
I’m new to Sincerely Skin. What should I expect?
As a new guest we encourage you to arrive as early as you wish. We do require you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out consultation forms in preparation for your treatment.
What if I’m running late?
Please understand that arriving late for your scheduled appointment may shorten your treatment time. As a courtesy to our next guest your treatment will end at the scheduled time. As this time has been reserved especially for you the full rate of your treatment will apply.
What’s your Cancellation Policy?
Sincerely, Skin reserves time especially for you, however, we understand that ‘things’ come up. When possible please provide 48 hours notice of appointment cancellation so we can accommodate other guests who wish to visit.
Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 48 hours may result in a charge: 1st time - fee is waived
2nd time - 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged
3rd time - 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. Cancellations can be made by phone, Email or through the Sincerely, Skin booking App.
What’s your Return & Refund Policy?
We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase for exchange or full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Exceptions: Jane Iredale Skincare Makeup is Final Sale, as the distributor will not accept returns from retailers. Exceptions to this are; 1. An allergic reaction was noted or the packaging is faulty.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD?
Children are welcome under normal circumstances at Sincerely, Skin, however we cannot be responsible to watch over children while you are having services for safety reasons. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult or have pre-arranged approval of a parent or guardian.
