Dermaplaning is a relaxing, non-invasive treatment for facial skin that removes dead skin buildup while removing the soft velous hair from the face. The skin is thoroughly cleansed before the treatment begins and a surgical scalpel is used by a professionally trained esthetician with a sterile disposable blade. This is a great treatment for those that have sensitive or reactive skin who require an alternative to chemical peels or microdermabrasion. It is available to people of all ages and can be done as often as once a month. It is amazing as a stand-alone treatment but when it is combined with a facial, peel, or oxygenating treatment it will provide even more benefits (quicker and more lasting results). This treatment is NOT recommended for those with active acne, people on certain medications. A complete health history will be taken prior to receiving this treatment. **Skincare Consultation required prior to treatment.
